Vault Door & Grille Gate

  • The overall thickness is 240mm, with a solid main slab 165mm thick, incorporating barrier materials which ensure the highest degree of protection in the event of an attack by oxy-acetylene, explosives, drilling, angle grinder and hand tools High security grille gate with safe type hinges – locking to be confirmed. (Wire mesh can be added as extra)

Demount able Vault

  • The vault consists of a number of interlocking panels which bolt together from the inside of the vault using high strength bolts. Countersunk bolts are used on the floor panels to ensure a flush walking surface. Panels are generally 1 metre wide to facilitate handling. The overall height of the vault is 2.4 metre, with the length and width dependant on the customer’s requirements. The vault dimensions are not restricted to any standard sizes and all units are completely pre-assembled in our factory prior to installation to ensure a proper fit.

Slim Line ATM Door

  • 6mm Mild steel outer skin and an exterior turn handle, 1 x viewing panel 130mm x 130mm clear opening in the centre to accept a SB03 BR Glass view panel securely fixed in a 25mm rebate on all sides and with a stainless steel slide cover on the inside.

Record Room Door

  • This record room door is multi-purpose, designed to provide excellent fire protection and at the same time a reasonable degree of resistance to burglary. The frame is of robust angle section and is provided with four grip lugs for building in. A high security 7-lever keylock which incorporates numerous anti-picking devices is fitted. A keyless combination lock can be fitted as an optional extra.

  • MODEL NSD-35 CATEGORY TWO (Light Duty)
  • This strongroom door is of heavier construction than the S.25 embodying the most rigidly tested features including a remote relocking device protecting against explosive and other attacks. Two locks secure four sliding bolts at the front edge of the door with fixed bolts at the back.
  • MODEL NSD-45 CATEGORY TWO (Heavy Duty)
  • This strongroom door far exceeds the SABS Category Two specifications. A remote re-locking device is provided to protect against explosive and other attacks. Six sliding steel bolts are provided at the front edgte with fixed bolts at the back.
  • MODEL NSD-55 CATEGORY TWO ADM
  • This strongroom door is specifically designed to give protection against attacks by disc grinders and explosives. Overall door thickness is in excess of 160mm and locks and other vital parts are protected by barrier material and solid steel. Two keylocks secure six sliding bolts at the front edge of the door with fixed bolts at the back. A combination lock can be fitted as an optional extra.

Staff Security Anti Bandit Door

  • The National Staff Security Door is designed to protect staff and other valuables against armed robberies. It is ideally suited to give protection to pay- and cashiers offices where large sums of money are handled. Doors not recommended for external use for internal use only
  • CONSTRUCTION
  • The door is made of 100mm x 50mm steel tubing and is finished in black undercoat. Door is fitted with a conti roton hinge. The door panel is 44mm thick and consists of 6mm steel plate and wood laminations of more than 40mm. Both inside and outside door surfaces are finished in an attractive sapele or oak veneer, depending on availability, which is clear laquered. A 500 x 300mm bullet resistant view panel is provided and a pull handle is fitted to both sides of the door.
